Why I provide at-home pet euthanasia

There is truly no better way to honor our beloved pets last wishes than to help them pass, when its time, peacefully and painlessly in their sleep, at home. I firmly believe it, because it ia a desire we all would want when that time comes.

Upon her arrival, Dr. Karen compassionately assured us that our lab, Milo, would pass peacefully in his own home with his family loving him until the end. And so it was. Tears flowed losing our 14 year old friend, truly a part of our family. Dr. Karen was gentle with Milo and I would so strongly suggest this form of euthanasia. Milo left us and did so with dignity. We miss him terribly.

Dr. Whala was very gentle, compassionate & straightforward in explaining what she would do for our girl. Finley was still very engaged, alert & friendly when Dr. Whala arrived; one would never guess she was in pain or losing her ability to walk. Though it was an extremely difficult process for me, Dr. Whala displayed great empathy for my grief. I truly appreciated everything Dr. Whala did to free my girl of her pain & pass in the most gentle & seamless way.

Dr Karen W did an amazing job throughout the entire process. She was very kind, compassionate and respectful. The ashes were returned sooner than expected. She definitely made this hard day a lot easier.

This is unfortunately the second time I had her come to my home. Both times this wonderful woman had such a caring and compassion not only for my pets but for me as well. Her spirit is so calming and she is very tender and loving with such a difficult job. God bless this gentle soul. I will only trust her if I ever need to have it done again. Thank you 🙏 Dr. Whala

Dr. Whala was a sweet soul to work with. She was very compassionate and we could tell her voice and demeanor put our Charlie boy at ease. She made a very difficult situation as bearable as possible. I wouldn’t have had it any other way than having Charlie at home surrounded by family, to cross the rainbow bridge.
