We charge cancellation fee of $100 if an appointment is cancelled less than 4 hours before the start time. If your pet passes away before your appointment you would not be charged a cancellation fee. If the vet you scheduled is able, and you would like their assistance with cremation, then pickup fee would apply instead of euthanasia fee

Dr. Danielle Chapman was absolutely wonderful! As painful as it was for family members to say goodbye to our beloved dog, Dr. Chapman showed up during a same-day appt request with so much compassion and understanding for what we were going thru. She explained the full process while sincerely tending to our fur baby. Dr. Chapman gave us the privacy needed for us to grieve and bid our farewells, and the crematory service she works with - Fond Memories, was equally as caring and wonderful. This group of veterinary specialists is outstanding. I have used their services for in home pet euthanasia 3 times. They have brought comfort to me and made the journey for all of my dogs stress free. The final trip to the vet would have been very stressful for my dogs; I know because I have gone that route previously.
