I have always had a strong love for animals, combined with a fascination for science and problem solving I knew becoming a Veterinarian was my calling. After serving countless pets over the years, my professional interest has evolved into a desire to provide a source of help in the times most pets and their owners need it the most. I strive to provide the most compassionate, peaceful, and stress-free experience possible. Having seen way too many pets suffer or experience stress in their last moments in an unfamiliar environment, my goal is to help provide relief while ensuring your pet experiences the utmost love and comfort in their final moments.

Dr. Vernon is a caring and compassionate vet. She did everything to make our last time with our beloved cat as gentle and loving as possible. She came to our home which was far better than having to transport him to an office. He was in pain but loved the treats she gave before she administered the injection. Dr. Christina was extremely patient, caring, and accommodating. Our kitty's condition came on suddenly and we were not prepared to deal with such a sad situation, but she was very helpful and helped to make our last moments with him as peaceful as anyone could hope for.

Christina was so compassionate and kind as we said our last goodbyes to Max. She allowed us all the time we needed. We chose to have the procedure done to keep Max relaxed and not have a stressful experience.

Dr. Christina Vernon was very soothing and gentle with our Sammie. She was very considerate of how hard this was for us as well, explaining every step.
Dr. Vernon assisted us in making the hardest decision we’ve had to make - knowing the time to assist our fuzzy boy to peacefully pass away before he had additional pain and suffering. She was kind and compassionate, and was wonderful to our dog. She helped us make the best decision we could make, and let us take as much time as we needed with our boy. We were able to say our goodbyes, and carry him to her vehicle. Within a week, she personally brought his cremains back to us, with a beautiful footprint that we will always cherish.
Dr. Christina made a very difficult experience a little easier. When she arrived, she let us know we're going at our own pace. We had in home pet euthanasia with Dr. Christina Vernon on 11-19-24. This was so hard to do, but having it done in our own home where our Last was most comfortable and our other dog can understand and say goodbye to his buddy. Dr Vernon was absolutely amazing, so calm, sweet, understanding and had a lot of patience. Explained everything very well and was just a beautiful person!

Our fifteen-year-old Aussie had lost the use of his rear legs and was confused and struggling. And as much as we hoped he would be okay on a gut level we knew it was his time. We had called five or six vets and all of them were overbooked and seemingly indifferent to what we were going through. They all referred us to emergency vet clinics that stated they had no appointment system and they would get to us when they could. Our boy deserved better. Admittedly, I had never heard of in home pet euthanasia but anything seemed like a better option than sitting in a cold, sterile examination room. Our boy hated going to the vet and I didn't want his last moments to be filled with fear. Using CodaPet's website I made a same-day appointment for that afternoon. Dr. Christina Vernon did an outstanding job of comforting us in the most troubling of circumstances. She was on-time, kind, compassionate, gentle, and understood what we were going through. She explained the process in depth and didn't proceed until we were ready. He died peacefully laying in his favorite spot with my wife and I comforting him. He was the most loving dog I've ever known and it was soooo important that his final moments reflected how much he was loved. Dr. Christine allowed that to happen. He had a peaceful, loving death. Saying goodbye to my dog was really hard, and Dr. Vernon was so kind, and so caring. Nothing can make that experience easy, but her compassion was apparent, and her care for both my dog Willow and for ME was much appreciated.

Dr. Christina Vernon was wonderful being very empathetic with us, she had the best bedside manner, she gave Rocky the dignity and love he needed. Dr. Vernon could not have been any kinder or more understanding at such a difficult time. My cat had issues with the whole world and Dr. Vernon was able to meet our needs for decreased interaction. My cat passed peacefully in my arms in her own spot in our home. She met Tabitha’s needs.

She was very kind and patient, made sure we were ready and our baby son Knives was comfortable. It was a peaceful experience for something so sad, and she gave us some fur and whiskers to keep. It was the best way to send my son off.
From the first phone call I was impressed. We were able to schedule the appointment for the following day which happened to be a Saturday without being charged more, which gave us the weekend to grieve. Dr. Christina was wonderful and helped us all through a very difficult situation. She was able to put our minds to rest that we were doing the right thing. She was also very tender and caring towards our dog. We were not charged more than expected and felt it was well worth the money to be able to all be involved in saying goodbye to our loved one. The paw print was an unexpected gift which we will treasure.
My family and I had to make the hardest decision of a lifetime, not just for one but two fur babies at the same time, Daisy (15) and Guiness (14). As much as we wanted them to live for a thousand years, their health was declining rapidly. Dr Christina Veron was our earth angel and was there every step of the way! Dr Christine was amazing. This was a very last minute decision to have Hank transition was incredibly heavy on my heart but her confirmation made my decision feel much better. Her kindness and compassion is so evident when you first meet her. She truly wears her heart on her sleeves and has the utmost respect and best interest for those involved. I love that my boy Hank gave her kisses and showed him her his favorite game before he peacefully passed away in my arms. We can’t say enough about the compassion Dr Vernon showed our girl, Aja. She made a very difficult and sensitive situation much easier to handle for us and our fur baby. Although this wasn’t the first time experiencing this, she explained everything to us and gave us plenty of time to say our good byes.

Makes me wonder if one of reasons losing a furry family member is so different from the loss of a human member is the way we communicate. With animals, it's heavily emotion whether words or actions and with humans, it's logic, emotion, words and action making it a little easier (?) to communicate...Needless to say, just coming to the decision no words can describe what it takes. The word "euthanasia" has a heavy connotation and weight so instead, peaceful release in a safe space. The love of my life had been with me 19 years and coming to the decision to provide his release, well, nothing can describe that in words. Dr. Christina was kind, showed my baby respect and attempted to offer some solace. I was able to release my baby, in my arms, thanks to Dr. Christina.
