Dr Martin handled our pup's euthanasia with compassion and professionalism. We will certainly use his services again when the need arises. I recommend the service whole-heartedly.
Dr. Gibson was the absolute greatest when we made the decision to say goodbye to our beloved Bentley. This was the first time we have used her & unfortunately it won’t be the last. Taking our kitty anywhere was always so stressful on him. She was the kindest & most compassionate vet ever. She handled him so gently. This was the best outcome for such a horrible situation.
Dr. Angela De Villa couldn’t earn enough stars! She was as good as it could be in this difficult circumstance. She helped my beloved pet and my family embrace in home euthanasia in the most dignified and pain free way for my loved one. Thank you Dr. De Villa. German T. San Diego.
This was our first at home euthanasia and we would absolutely prefer this for future needs. Dr. Dzierga is truly caring and empathetic. She is a blessing and words cannot convey the depth of gratitude we have for her being so gentle and loving with our sweet Libby.
A 5 star rating isn’t a high enough mark for the wonderful work that Dr. Keri Wasmoen does. She deserves nothing less than 10 stars! Her gentle demeanor and thoughtful care helped my family say good bye to our beloved Piper. Thank you Dr. Keri!!
Dr. Dan Taylor was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made the entire experience much easier for my family during a very difficult time. He was in constant contact throughout the week as I hemmed and hawed my decision. When it came time for our appointment, he spent a good amount of time explaining everything to my family and allowed time for questions. He assured us that we had made the right decision, which I know helped me in that moment. While this was an overall overwhelmingly difficult situation, he made it as seamless and stress free as possible. If I ever had to put another pet down, he would be my first call. Thank you Dr. Taylor, the Howell family appreciates you and your kindness!
Dr. Dover was amazing. She was kind, compassionate, gentle, and respectful. She made a very painful day a little easier with her love and kindness.
I highly recommend CodaPet to anyone who has to make that difficult decision to say goodbye to their fur baby. Dr. Lori was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, compassionate and patient. She made such a scary experience truly beautiful. I had my Doobie 15.5 years and when the end came the last thing I wanted was for him to be afraid. She made him so comfortable and peaceful in his own home and bed. I am so grateful I made the decision to contact CodaPet.
They were punctual, respectful and kind. They leave you plenty of time to say goodbye and to grieve in private before the final shot. They are not intrusive at all and they will allow you to say goodbye somewhere that your animal is comfortable with instead of its last moments being in a cold uncaring vet office.
Doctor was patient, kind and loving with our cat. She treated him as though he was hers. I would highly recommend her to help with anyone’s pet.
Dr. Hart was great and the experience could not have been more peaceful. This was a very painful day for me but Dr. Hart did not rush me and I had plenty of time to comfort my baby and say goodbye. She explained the process and told me what she was doing and what to expect for each step. I highly recommend her and it was worth every penny to be able to give my girl a peaceful passing.
Dr.Labes was excellent in a difficult situation. He was very understanding and talked us through what was going to happen and as it happened. He was respectful of our pet and his remains, and facilitated the return of the ashes so it was easy for collect them. He made the awful experience a little easier.
Dr. Keri was a consummate professional with just the right balance of kindness, patience and compassion. The entire process was easy to navigate, timely and so very dignified for our precious dog. We debated initially about the cost benefit of doing this at home vs at the vet. Hands down it was the right decision. Dr Keri carefully explained every step along the way and made sure we understood. Our dog was comfortable, surrounded by her favorite people and took her last breath gently and painlessly. We are grateful.
This service was so helpful to us. Dr. Glenn was so kind and caring. He walked us through the process and listened to stories about our beloved pup. It helped us immensely to say good bye to our Stella blue in the comfort of our own home. No stress of the vets office and our other dog was able to be there for his sister. We would definitely recommend this to make such a difficult day a little bit easier.
CodaPet's at-home pet euthanasia service is a highly recommended alternative to visiting a vet clinic. When faced with this difficult decision for your cherished pet, providing them the comfort of being in their own home can make all the difference. Dr. Lara Allison was exceptional—her empathy for our situation brought immense peace and comfort during this challenging time. The compassion and dedication she displays in her work truly supported us throughout the process. We cannot express enough gratitude for her kindness, caring, and professionalism.
Dr. Schmalz was incredibly patient with us and the weather as we were trying to create a calm, relaxing environment outside for Apollo's last hours with us. She was very communicative and had a calm demeanor that even put our other anxious dog at ease. Dr. Schmalz explained everything from start to finish without creating any feelings of pressure or feeling rushed. She had all of the necessary materials to make the experience casual, yet respectful and professional. I am so glad she was the one to help our loved one cross over the rainbow bridge.
Dr. Loweth was amazing! She made the whole process comfortable for our dog and our family. She was very respectful and gave us time to say our goodbyes in private, and allowed us to walk our dog to the car to send him off. She took great care of our dog, and I couldn't ask for anything better. Thank you Dr. Loweth for everything, and for taking such great care of Dexter for us!
Dr. Lara is an amazing Vet. She is very kind, patient and thoughtful. She was very helpful with our LBD Ashley who was our beloved Boykin for almost 14 years, Thank you for all the help. Sincerely, Allen, Brandon, Walter and Elizabeth
Dr. Claire made an unbearable day a lot better. She communicated in a way that was comforting. She made sure we knew what to expect. She was extremely kind to me and explained every step in detail. Oliver was my best friend and she understood my pain. She came to my home so I did not have to have Oliver have any additional stress as he was an anxious dog around strangers. She cares! Highly recommended! Thank you Dr. Claire ♥️
Our beloved Frida just turned 20 years old this year. We knew she had several health problems, and that the time would come when we would have to say goodbye. Frida hated going to the vet, and got very stressed in the car. For this reason, we desperately wanted her to die peacefully at home. We had hoped that one day she would simply go to sleep and not wake up. But instead, she began to have a flare up with a chronic illness that made her incredibly sick and in pain. Last Wednesday, after hours and with our normal vet on medical leave (unavailable) we made a call for help to Coda Pet - at home pet euthanasia. Dr. Amy Roberts left right away. She was so kind and patient. Frida was so dehydrated, weak, and almost non-responsive already, but Dr. Roberts understood that we did not want her to hurt any longer. She didn't rush us, and even allowed our other pets time to say goodbye to their furbling. We will forever be grateful for the willingness to come quickly, and at night, to help our Frida cross over at peace, in our laps, by the fireplace, in our home. No amount of time is ever enough to be with our beloved babies, but at least we got to help her cross peacefully at home and with the help of a caring and patient vet. Thank you, CodaPet, and thank you Dr. Roberts.
Dr. Sims was amazing and she handled her job with the utmost grace. Our dog Brooklyn was very calm and relaxed during the process. Dr. Sims also gave us comfort in knowing we were making the right decision.
Dr Dzierga was the perfect fit to help my husband and I through the difficult process of saying goodbye to our choc lab Rooger. She was easy to communicate with / thorough in her exam as well as options and explanations. She was kind and patient. She gently and respectfully prepared us the best she could for each step and final departure. We're forever grateful.
Dr Mashawn was very kind and compassionate during a very painful time. She was on time, answered all my questions, and explained everything. I did not feel rushed either before or after my fur babies passing. I would not hesitate to use her again if necessary.
Dr. Derecka Alexander was very helpful and caring in our time of need. We had to say goodbye to a young boy battling health issues and Dr was very calming, supportive and informative with all of our care. Being able to do it in the comfort of his space for a 100+ lb boy was a big deal for us and him. We really appreciate Dr Alexander
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Lisa Fieg for the compassionate care she provided when helping our senior dog, Mochi, cross the rainbow bridge. Dr. Fieg was not only professional but also incredibly courteous and respectful throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand our grief and allowed us the space to say our final goodbyes to Mochi without feeling rushed. Her gentle and empathetic approach helped us navigate a very difficult moment with comfort and dignity. We are truly thankful for her support during such an emotional time.
"After 14 and a half wonderful years with my dog Angel, sadly the time came to have her euthanized. I did a brief search online, and was very fortunate to have found Dr. Kim Patterson. Angel had an amazing, happy, love filled life! She was my buddy and we went everywhere together. Our journey in life has come to a close, and I am very thankful to have had Dr. Kim help make the final moments come to a peaceful ending. I just picked up Angel's urn yesterday. I am so happy to have her back home now where she belongs right by the living room coffee table in her favorite spot. The house is different now........but I am at peace. Thank you Dr. Kim for your professionalism from start to finish, and thank you for your compassion from the first time I met you at the front door, to the last time we gently lifted Angel into your vehicle."
Dr. Jackson was so kind…she was very patient with all of us…our entire family was with Daisy, our chihuahua, to say goodbye! That included our Rottweiler who quickly figured out she had treats…we wanted him to be able to say goodbye too…Dr. Jackson made absolutely sure that Daisy was sound asleep before her final injection to make sure that she didn’t feel anything…I would definitely recommend Dr. Jackson and Coda and I will never say goodbye in a cold and bright Drs office again! Thank you for your kindness…
We were so grateful for Dr Amy Roberts. She is so kind and compassionate. She made a heartbreaking situation more bearable. Our sweet Sophie was so relaxed and was just soaking up all of our love. I definitely would definitely recommend going this route whenever the time comes to have to help our fur babies over the rainbow bridge.
Dr. Struble was so compassionate and kind to us in our sorrow, and amazing with our beloved Nika as she helped her cross the rainbow bridge. I highly recommend the service.
Dr. Lutri was Absolutely Amazing!!! She was SO Kind and Compassionate, loving and caring to both our dog and to our entire family. This was one of the most difficult goodbyes of any pet my family and I has ever had to endure, Dr. Lutri understood that, and therefore took all the time our family needed to say goodbye. I truly cannot thank her enough for what she did. Dr. Lutri, my family and I love you, and will cherish your kindness to us forever, Thank you again!
Using at home pet euthanasia, was the best decision I made. To have a pet pass in a home that he had so many memories and where so much love given made the experience peaceful for not only him but myself. I will recommend Dr Rebecca and this way to anyone who ask. I encourage anyone to use this service to help it be private and special moment between an owner and a pet. Travis and I will always have that moment and it’s all thanks to Dr Rebecca and this service.
Dr. Carol is caring, understanding, and respectful. It was extremely difficult losing our dog but she was able to make it to our house and create an environment for our Coco the go peacefully.
Dr. Hamid was a consummate professional. Her expert care was invaluable to us during Swayze’s end of life care. She was a kind and calm presence for all of us. Swayze’s appointment was so peaceful. There was no doubt that he was comfortable until the end. I cannot recommend this service more.
I really dont think I could have asked for a better experience to help my family through this time. Dr Glenn Jackson was a blessing. He was soft spoken, heartfelt, and made everyone feel comforted while he helped us say goodbye to our 23 year old cat. My children were able to experience this necessary life lesson with Dr Jackson's support and step by step talk through of everything he did with Dax's (our cat) transition into death. If you have the unfortunate need for their services then Dr Glenn Jackson will be the angel you need in that tough time.
Very gentle and caring, came to our home in a timely manner. We were able to do it outside where our pet loved it best which meant the world to us.
Dr. Beth Nunn was very gentle with our Balto and allowed him to go peacefully. We truly appreciated her kindness and expertise during a difficult time. She truly went above and beyond the call of duty for us.
Dr. Loweth's kind and caring demeanor really helped us handle a very difficult moment. She helped us get momentos of our fur baby and allowed us to take as much time as we needed with our guy. I very highly recommend.
All things considered, the experience we had in using CodaPet to arrange for our dear Bella’s departure and in working with Dr Lori Thomas was wonderful. Her calm presence, capability in assessing our puppy and providing gentle guidance throughout the visit and entire process was welcome and appreciated. Highly recommend if you value giving your fur baby their dignity in your own home and comfort that they will be well taken care of before and after the procedure ends. Cannot thank Dr Thomas enough for her kindness and compassion along with us as we mourn our loss. We are at ease knowing Bella was well cared for in her final moments with the support of Dr Thomas for all of us.
Dr Josh Williams was so kind. It was the hardest thing we've ever had to do, but his compassion was something that made the experience a little less painful which is all we could ask for.
Dr. Gersten was a real professional to help us through the difficult time of putting our 12-yr-old poodle to sleep. Her manner was most caring and sympathetic. She also was experienced and fully prepared to handle our needs. We certainly recommend her to everyone in our position with a beloved pet when this time comes.
Dr. Lori came to our house yesterday to help us say goodbye to our kitty. She seemed to have all the time in the world for us. She had the skills to handle our feisty cat and stayed very calm and kind. She recommended that we let our dog come and see the cat before she took her away, so he would understand why she was gone. She asked my daughter, who is 17, if she wanted the cat on her lap for the last part, and my daughter was thankful for that. Thank you, Dr. Lori.
Codapet was the best choice we made to help our pet at the end of his life. Dr. Warren was so helpful in every aspect of the procedure in telling me what was going to happen and what to expect. He told us to take as much time as we need and sat on the floor with us and just talked. Our little man went peacefully in my lap as we were petting him and talking to him. It couldn't have been more comforting to know he was not scared and we were all there in our home at the end. Thank you so much Dr. Warren!
I cannot express enough how WONDERFUL Dr. Whala is! I will never, ever use any other vet for putting any of my kitties to sleep. She has such a calm and loving presence. She made this hard time actually easy. No tears: just immense gratitude that my sweet Blotty got to go in such a calm and peaceful way, at home. Thank you, Dr. Whala!
The fact that I had the option to have someone come make saying goodbye easier at home was incredible for 1 thing, but Dr. Briell made us feel very comfortable that our baby was in the right hands to carry on. This was my first time going through this with my first pet, so she was very supportive and understanding of my decision. Having your pet at home where they are most comfortable was probably the best thing I could have done for my dog and I would do it again.
Dr. Clem was the vet for both of my dogs. She is very caring and patient. I appreciate her sensitivity during such a painful time and highly recommend her.
I recently had to make the heartbreaking decision to help my beloved, 17-year-old kitty, Alice, go over the Rainbow Bridge. I am so grateful that my vet (Air Harbor) recommended in-home pet euthanasia and Dr. Lara Allison of CODApet. Dr. Lara was so wonderful through the entire process. She was so compassionate, kind, and empathetic, gently guiding me through the process and giving me all the time I needed during each step. She was so thoughtful, wanting to hear all about Alice’s life. She even sent a hand-written card and a sweet memento of Alice that I will treasure. I am so grateful that Alice’s final journey did not involve another scary trip in a carrier and a car. She was in her happy and safe place at home, and she passed gently and peacefully in my arms. If you are ever faced with this heartbreaking decision, I would highly recommend in-home pet euthanasia, and I would absolutely recommend Dr. Lara Allison. I cannot possibly say enough good things about Dr. Lara and her compassionate and loving care. I am forever grateful to her. If I ever have to make this choice again, I definitely will be contacting CODApet and Dr. Lara. Thank you, Dr. Lara! Jennifer E.
I was connected to Dr. Lowman through CodaPet and was so thankful she was the one to help us say goodbye to our sweet pup. I had called around a few other places and couldn't find appointments within the week. I was beginning to worry I'd have to take my dog to the vet instead, which would have been extremely distressing for her. Thankfully, I checked CodaPet and was able to get a next-day appointment with Dr. Lowman. It was the perfect amount of time for us to spend one last good day with our girl, but also soon enough that she did not have to be in pain for long. Dr. Lowman was kind, compassionate, and a great listener. She allowed me to tell her my dog's life story, ask questions, and quelled my fears and doubts about the process. She sent a sympathy card to us in the mail, which just meant so much during this tough time. I am so glad that I know between the time we said goodbye and the time she was taken for cremation, that she was in the best hands with Dr. Lowman. I could go on and on, but will just say there's no one else I'd have wanted to guide us through this difficult time. Very, very happy with CodaPet and Dr. Lowman despite the unfortunate circumstances we encountered them in.
Dr. Neri was so kind and compassionate. She helped us understand each step of the procedure and made sure our sweet Lily had the most peaceful passing.
Dr Crawford was amazing, he really does care. He consoled the entire process. My husband was out of it and even told me he gave him a hug
If you are hesitant about doing at home pet euthanasia, don’t be. This was the most wonderful experience for our family. Dr. Phillips was absolutely amazing, she took her time and answered all our questions and never rushed us with Mabel. This does cost a little more but it’s worth every penny! I’m sorry that I didn’t know about this service sooner. Doing this at home, I feel more at peace with our baby passing. Thank you Dr. Phillips💖❤️🩹 we love and miss you Ms. Mabel💝🐶
Dr. Danielle Hundley helped us say goodbye to our beloved cat at home, and I truly can’t recommend her enough. She was incredibly compassionate, gentle, and respectful throughout the entire process. Her calm presence made a heartbreaking day a little more bearable. We are so grateful for her care and kindness.
Our experience with Dr. Whala was an incredible one. Our 17 year old cat had been living with kidney disease for several years, but it progressed rapidly the last two months. Within a few days he greatly declined and we were faced with the unthinkable choice of putting him to sleep or continuing to care for him while he suffered unnecessarily. When we finally decided to have him humanely euthanized, our regular vet's office recommended CodaPet. We had to make a very fast decision, and were able to book an appointment with Dr. Whala the very next morning. From the moment we booked to the appointment, everything went professionally and with the utmost compassion. Dr. Whala texted the next morning to confirm everything and explain the process. When she arrived, she was extremely kind and caring, and made allowed our entire family the time and respect to spend as much time as we needed with our beloved cat. She explained the entire process and was just lovely in her demeanor. It was obviously an emotional time, and she knew exactly how to proceed without overwhelming us. As the visit continued, she explained everything she was doing and made sure to ask us if we had any questions or concerns. She provided compassionate care and went above and beyond to respect this difficult time. For anyone wondering if this is the route for them to take, I highly recommend at-home euthanasia with Dr. Whala. Yes, it was difficult and not an enjoyable time, but I can't thank her enough for the care she took to help our beloved Indy cross the rainbow bridge. If you are in a similar situation, or questioning whether this is the right decision for you, I absolutely recommend using Dr. Whala and allowing her to help your loved one pass on with dignity. Thank you Dr. Whala for honoring our cherished pet.
Dr Diana was truly compassionate through this very difficult time. We had to say goodbye to our sweet Bambi. She came to our home so Bambi could have her last moments in comfort around family. She walked us through each step and allowed us time to say our goodbyes. It’s a horribly sad thing to go through, but Diana was the right choice.
The vet was very passionate and caring when it came to our beloved dog. She provided emotional support in a time of loss of our beloved pet. I would definitely recommend a service again to anyone that needs to say goodbye to their pet.
She was very caring, and you can tell how much she loves animals. She helped us feel better about our decision to have to put down our beloved pet and helped us know we were doing the right thing for our cat. She did her best to explain everything that we were going to be experiencing. It takes a very special person to do what she does and we were very grateful to have us there helping our cat at the end.
Dr. Hundley handled the process with care and was very accommodating. It was as though we had known her for a long time. She cares deeply for animals, and as a pet owner herself, she understands what you are going through. We highly recommend Dr. Hundley.
A few sentences of the experiences of the CodaPet services would be completely out of context and not give a true representation of what we were feeling. Our dog loved to give boops, steal shoes when he cam inside, take walks, protect and defend us from attacking dogs, and suck his dinner down faster than a speeding SR-71 Blackbird. Then he got cancer that metastasized to his lungs , and we tried to keep him happy to enjoy all those things. We did radiation, chemo, and drug cocktails to kept him alive and happy for months after the diagnosis, months longer than he had originally been expected to live. The pain got worse, we tried another round of radiation, which worked for a few weeks, but then he got fussy over food. We would change to other tasty things for him to eat, which worked at first for a few days, then would work only for one meal, then he wouldn't eat. Because the cancer was in his leg he would hobble outside, clearly in pain, but kept his head up, laying on the grass, watching the world go by, still being a dog. He got so thin. One never knows the best time to do the euthanasia. If too soon, one feels they're depriving the dog of being a dog and enjoying life. Too late and the dog is just miserable and can't really be a dog any more. We may have had one or two more days before our boopy-boy couldn't be a dog any more, but there was no point in dragging out his agony any more. This was no longer about what we wanted, it had to be about what was best for him. Dr. Lisa from CodaPet was empathetic, caring, and knew how to make everyone comfortable, including the dog. He barked at the stranger in the house, always wanting to protect us, even if he couldn't even stand up. She showed us how to keep him calm and rest and not be aware when she gave him the sedative. He finally relaxed, the pain washing away, finally at peace at home on his own bed before she gave him the final injections. Dr. Lisa wrapped him in a blanket and we carried him to her car and we put him in the back, with some nice flowers arranged almost like it was in a funeral home. She gave us each a hug, acknowledging her job was not easy, and we pushed the button to close the tailgate, giving us our last view of our Boopy-boy, asleep, finally out of pain, leaving us with memories of a great doggie life and finally the end of a long struggle to keep him as happy as we could.
My experience with Code A Pet started at a vet appointment with a very compassionate vet who recommended Code A Pet should I need them over a weekend. My call for an appointment was full of understanding about losing a pet. Dr. Sarah Clem came to my house to put down my 15 year rescue dog. My dog use to get overwhelmed when going to a vet, by having Dr. Clem come to my house she was able to stay calm. Dr. Clem was very empathetic, explaining everything she did. I would highly recommend this service and have to my friends.
Dr. Pugh was absolutely amazing throughout. She was so kind and gentle and made sure my beloved dog had the best possible experience in her passing. If you are considering in home pet euthanasia, Dr. Pugh is the best.
We can’t say enough about Dr. Sarah. She was so thoughtful and kind at a very difficult time. Thank you again for your patience and caring 💗🐶
Dr. Gardhouse was the perfect person to help my buddy/best friend make his transition. She was able to create and hold loving space for our intense emotions while we had to say our final goodbyes. Everything was done in the most loving way and I could not have asked for anything more during those difficult times.
Dr. Lori help help make a terrible day a little bit better by being so kind and caring for our cat on his last day. We were able to get an appointment scheduled quickly when things took a turn for the worst, and she was very helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend, professional, great communication, supportive!
Dr. Karen Whala made my first experience with in-home pet euthanasia a very positive one. I will definitely use her service again when the time comes. She is kind and compassionate and was very gentle with my dog Sadie. Dr Whala never rushed the process and made sure Sadie stayed comfortable during the whole procedure. Choosing in-home pet euthanasia gave me an extra day to love and spoil Sadie while accepting that we were not going to have her anymore. It also gave Sadie comfort in her last hours to be free from severe anxiety that going to the vet brought her.
Dr Earls was amazing. Fast to respond and was a true blessing for us. She was so good with our Cosmo and really made him feel comfortable. From start to finish she concentrated on Cosmo and us to make sure we all were good. She later sent us a beautiful “thinking of you” card and then later brought over a beautiful urn with his ashes and even a clay paw print. There was also a certificate and date of cremation. If you have to go through this I would recommend Dr. Carol Earls 100%. She is a wonderful caring person.
He is very professional. Explains the process, but doesn't get in the way of saying goodbye. And reassured me that my little guy wasn't in any pain which was very important to me.
We can’t thank Dr. Daniela enough for helping us say goodbye to our amazing boy, Apollos. He had terminal lung cancer and suddenly was struggling to breathe. We knew it was finally time to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to our best friend. We contacted Dr.Daniela after reading her amazing reviews. We wanted nothing but the best for our boy and she is it! She went above and beyond. During our appointment she immediately put our pup at ease (he took to her right away.) The entire process, while one of the most difficult decisions, was the best final gift and thank you we could’ve given our pup. Dr. Daniella never rushed us, allowing as much time as we needed through each step. And in the comfort of his home, with his favorite blanket, surrounded by so much love our boy very peacefully went to sleep. We can’t thank Dr. Daniela enough for making this unwanted journey easier to deal with. We felt like a caring friend had stepped into our home to help us through the difficult goodbye. If you’re on the fence about what to do, I pray our experience will help you make the decision to give your furry family member the best send off you possibly can.
Deborah, Thank You for helping us during this time of losing our baby. You made of feel at peace, you are doing what God has called you for. I will be telling anyone I know that needs to say goodbye to there pets to contact you.
We had to put our oldest dog down 6 days before we had to put Tate down and we used lap of love and I'm going to tell you the experience between the two or night and day. I will never ever recommend or use this company or that doctor again. Not only did I feel judged as she kept repeating how dehydrated my dog was, but my 17-year-old daughter felt judged as well. She didn't take any time and showed no compassion. Her bedside manner was horrible and it almost seemed as though she rushed us through the process. Lap of love was here for an hour. We were giving our dog treats. We were petting him. She asked when we were ready. She left the room after administering the first dose that puts him to sleep to give us privacy and then she left again when he passed so we can say our goodbyes and gave us privacy. Put him on a stretcher with blankets and carried them out to the car. This doctor puts my dog in a body bag (and I didn't appreciate that. She called it a body bag) in a basket. And then I felt completely blindsided when I went into my driveway where her car was parked to ask if I could change the urn and her boyfriend or husband was sitting in the driver seat waiting for her with a puppy in the car. My husband later then said that he was very unhappy with her and that he was wondering why the car was running in the driveway the whole time. That is insane and you charge $1,000 for this? I would have paid $2,000 for lap of love to come back out. Unfortunately they didn't have any doctors available. Tate was my best friend for 14 years. This has been a devastating loss for me and I am extremely extremely disappointed and upset with how this doctor handled the situation. I know she was dehydrated. She didn't have to keep saying it over and over again. I took her to the vet the day before and they did blood work and found out that morning that she was in kidney failure. I did everything that I could for my dog and then I knew it was time. She is the worst doctor ever. I will never recommend this company and I will never get that horrible experience out of my head. She should not be allowed around dogs and leaving her car running in the driveway with her husband or boyfriend or whoever it was in the car. And then she hands me some crappy death certificate. When we got our other dog's ashes back from the crematorium they had so many nice things in a bag to give us including his death certificate which was printed out and pretty and nice. Not a piece of copy paper that she just jotted the name and date down on. It was very very disrespectful and very hard. She has no compassion or bedside manner and I'm very disappointed. Again. I would never recommend this company to anybody, especially not that doctor. She did not care about my dog or my family.
This was my first experience with at home euthanasia for one of our pets. Dr. Briell Dzierga is very kind and empathetic. She truly cares and it shows. Thank you for assisting our sweet Libby to the Rainbow Bridge.
Dr. Cara was very understanding, knowledgeable and helped us say our hardest goodbye to our best friend 💕😭 She explained everything before/during the process and was very patient with any questions we had. We are forever grateful for her and her service which allowed him to pass in peace and comfort of his own home ❤️ Thank you!

A peaceful death is a gift she deserved. .
We made the very difficult decision to euthanize our sweet cat, Sophie. However, CodaPet and Dr. Whala made at home pet euthanasia a beautiful option for our family. Dr. Whala created a calm and peaceful environment for our heartbreaking moment which put us all at ease including our fur baby. We thank you Dr. Whala from the bottom of our hearts for your compassion and care on such a difficult day.
If this profession must exist, Dr. Claire Gibson is the exact type of person you would want by your side to guide you through such a traumatic experience. It's taken me months to even write a review because I'm still so distraught over my loss, but I have to say she really made the experience the best it could possibly be given the circumstances. She was so incredibly kind and you can just tell she cares and feels for you so much. She was even able to give me peace of mind ahead of our appointment because I was unsure if I was doing the right thing or not. She was able to explain it in a way that just made sense and it made me feel a lot better about it all. She made sure everyone was comfortable and explained the process each step of the way. She even sent me the sweetest sympathy card. I still feel really lucky that she was the doctor I had. I think my experience would have been a lot worse had it not been for her. Thank you so very much - I truly appreciate everything you do.
My husband and I were searching for the best option to give our pet the rest and relief she needed. We wanted her to pass peacefully and learned about in home pet euthanasia. Dr. Alexandria Bufford with CodaPet is amazing and gave our pet the best care during a very hard time. We will be forever grateful.
My family and I felt comfortable and supported as we said goodbye to our family member Leia. Dr. Hart really was perfect coming into our home and helping us say goodbye with love. I am thankful she was the vet that we chose.
The sad experience was made more comfortable by the veterinarian’s compassion. She allowed us to set the pace. Saying “goodbye” in the warmth of our own home vs a sterile environment made a big difference.
Dr. Loughmiller was the perfect blend of warmth and distance at this heartbreaking time. She was gentle and kind, and she was also unobtrusive and quietly gave us the time we needed. Professional and compassionate. We couldn't have asked for a better passing for our sweet Annie. What a wonderful doctor and a wonderful service.
When she arrived, she was extremely kind and caring, and allowed our entire family the time and respect to spend as much time as we needed with our beloved cat.
